How many directors needed for the LLC?
For an LLC, need a Director according to the Commercial law Article 561, with the following requirements;
A. Non-Resident
No restrictions at all, but No North-Korea Passport holders.
B. Resident
- VISA Holder with a proper work-permit
So E series visa holder need another work permit for this, so could be a problem.
Comparing C-Corp, an LLC do not need an auditor, and no need to extend the directorship every 3 years like the C-Corp.
