Unfair Dismissal

Any lay-off could be assumed as an unfair dismissal if it's done without a written notice(walking papers).

And once it's judged by the labor council as an unfair dismissal, employer need to pay the wage until the employee claimed as it's not done yet.

So usually it's around 3-6 months wage an employer should pay more.

The court may be ignore even if the employee is an recidivist, so need to be very careful when an employer do lay-off for a single employee with even a good reason.
